The roadway has been cleared and all lanes have been reopened.

The Decatur Police Department says traffic on Wilson Street, across from Summer Manor Apartments, is down to one lane in each direction.
Police say this is due to a downed line.
Please use extra caution in the area and expect delays at this time.
